Insanity Day 1 :)
I’m a little overweight for my height and age (some of that is from muscle), so I’m gonna get back in shape. I already march corps, but before we move in next month, I want to be where I was when I left last season. That would mean I would have to drop like 20ish pounds in a month which, realistically, won’t happen. So, I resolved to just getting all the muscle I used to have back by doing Insanity. I had pretty nice abs, and my butt/thighs jiggled less.
